Technical Specifications

  • Tanks are manufactured from PP-H, HDPE, U-PVC, PTFE, PVDF-PP-S thermoplastic materials according to the chemical properties of the substance.
  • Operating temperature range: –30 °C to +120 °C
  • Thermoplastic components are produced in accordance with German DVS welding and forming standards, and can be customized to any required dimension or geometry.
  • Depending on volume requirements, storage tanks can be externally reinforced with steel rings coated with thermoplastic lining.
  • Optional thermoplastic access ladders and maintenance platforms can be supplied upon request.
  • Tanks can be manufactured in cylindrical or prismatic shapes, according to project-specific design needs.
  • For transportation constraints, modular tank manufacturing is available, with on-site assembly provided as needed.
