Chemical Gas Ventilation Systems

Chemical Gas Ventilation Systems

Industrial ventilation systems are mechanical installations designed to remove or replace contaminated air from chemical environments.

Using chemical gas aspirators, these systems extract chemical and corrosive air from the workspace and discharge it outside, or supply fresh air to the area as needed.

Their primary function is to ensure a healthy and safe working environment by eliminating chemical vapors, fumes, dust, and gases.

Industrial ventilation systems are engineered to transport air at specific flow rates and velocities, effectively removing unwanted contaminants (“exhaust”) from the environment.

While the same basic principles apply to all industrial ventilation systems, each facility requires a custom design based on:

  • The type of process and work performed,
  • The nature and concentration of chemical contaminants, The physical conditions of the installation area.

At Aspo, all components of our Chemical Gas Ventilation Systems are manufactured from thermoplastic materials (PP-H, HDPE, U-PVC, PVDF).
Each project is custom-engineered, and systems are delivered on a turnkey basis, from design to installation.

System Structure

  • Constructed from thermoplastic ducting designed according to room size, chemical capacity, and other environmental factors.
  • Equipped with chemical-resistant fans that ensure the movement and exhaust of chemical gases.
  • Includes hoods or suction vents to capture gases directly at the source.
  • Optionally integrated with a gas scrubbing system to neutralize harmful emissions before release into the atmosphere.
  • Manufactured entirely from chemical-resistant thermoplastic materials (PP-H, HDPE, U-PVC, PVDF).
  • On-site inspection and custom project design provided upon request.
  • Tailor-made manufacturing and on-site installation according to project specifications
